A virtual branch holds a list of the people who have log in access to content on the site.

Most of these users are UNISON members.  The rest are added by the site managers as needed. These include regional staff, branch staff etc.

The list of UNISON members is gained from a CSV download from the membership system You need to obtain a file of this data to be able to upload details to your site.
