This email has been sent to members of the website teams in UNISON's Virtual Branches Project.
Duplicate Emails Fixed!
It is believed that the issue of sending duplicate emails from virtual branches has now been resolved.
We should now be able to set up a programme of newsletters to be issued from sites, in order to encourage members to participate in their branches online.
If anyone receives duplicate emails from now on please let me know.
Restricted files
For those that experienced the big where restricted files were not requiring a log in, this has nowt been by APT Solutions
Email Addresses
It is vital that we seek to maximise the number of email addresses we hold for members of the virtual branch sites.
I have outlined a proposed method of getting these addresses on Virtual UNISON:
For some sites this approach may not be possible and I will be discussing alternative strategies with those site teams.
I would like to start this process as soon as possible but if you have any comments on this please let me know.
